Bryan,
Wayne Wright indicated he wanted the easement documents sent to him. Should I route everything through you?

Keith,
I was able to retrieve the files from the ftp site.
If I have problems piecing them together I may still need one drawing depicting the final as-built from Denton Tap Road to
where we cross Sandy Lake Road just east of MacArthur Boulevard.
I will let you know.
Thanks
Matt

Bryan,
I asked one of our technicians to send these files to you through our FTP site. Is this going to work for
you, or do you need me to send you paper copies?

Keith,
Please send us a hard copy of the existing Sandy Lake Road the includes the section of line to be
removed. Hopefully the road plans will show the existing underground utilities and our existing
structures. We can mark these up showing our proposed structure locations for the future rebuild for
your concurrence. Once approved we will survey as before.
Send the plans to the following:

Yes, we want to peruse this as a follow up project. I'll get the DSA signed and returned to you shortly for
the current piece.
I think we want to remove all the way to the last pole on the north side of Sandy Lake where it leaves
the right of way and continues east where the road jogs to the south. It looks like about 2 miles.

Keith,
This would be done after the line to the west is removed, correct? If so, an e-mail can
serve as intent to remove the remaining portion of the line in a similar manner to the
previous agreement and easement. Assuming your email response is affirmative, we
will begin a survey for easement preparation and prepare a DSA for this project. What
would be the limit of the last pole to the east to be removed.

Bryan,
I just completed a presentation to our City Council concerning the agreement to remove
this transmission line. They are eager to continue this agreement and removal east to
our city limit.
What do we need to do to continue down that path?
