Construction Plans
Dear Dr. Gemoules:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following
comments to offer:
Hennessey Engineering, Inc. Construction Plans
1. Provide a set of storm drain and/or drainage plan sheets. Also, provide erosion
control plans.
2. Separate double check valves should be provided for each meter.
Blake Architects Construction Plans
1. An area map showing location of project should be provided.
2. Make the corrections noted on the curb and gutter section.
3. Sidewalk adjacent to Denton Tap Road is shown to be on private property,
therefore an easement should be provided.
4. An approach detail should be provided for the driveway.
When the plans are resubmitted, please submit them as one complete set under one title sheet.
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these comments have
been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review. If you
