The bid form I have for Haydon is complete, so I filled in the missing numbers. I also found an error on one of the items
and corrected it.
I’ll need to combine the two tabs into one total tabulation, and include the “B” value for the council award. I’d also like
to add a column for the “Engineer’s Estimate”.
I will actually need all of the documents back eventually. Feel free to keep copies for your records.
Have you received anything from Tiseo or Austin on subs yet?

I’ve just cleaned up a bid tab for all the contractors who submitted a bid. Every one of them had some form of error
within which I’ve summarized in the first tab of the spreadsheet, with 2A and 2B itemized on the next tabs. Anything
incorrect was highlighted in yellow.
It also seems like we were given the originals of the Haydon submittal by mistake, instead of the copies. I can return
these the next time I’m in the area. Take a look at everything, and let us know your thoughts.

I just finished checking all of the quantities, and it appears the landscaping was the only item they messed up. At about
the same time I was finishing, Shane called to let me know of the error, and asked what he needs to do.
Their new base bid should be $8,633,084.52, a difference of $153,000.00. I told him I’d follow up with him on how he
should proceed at this point once I’ve heard back from you.
I’m still checking the other bid unit prices.
