During the bidding process of this job I accidentally added a late bid change manually, which resulted in the excel
formula being overridden. This resulted in two items not being included in the base bid total. Due to the amount of
zero items included in this bid I did not notice that the total did not properly extend and was also at zero. Tiseo Paving
Co. apologizes for this error, but as required by bid document specifications and NTC COG 1.4 the unit price in both
numbers and words were present and correct.
