This is to formally request a variance for a 5 inch reinforced concrete slab in the parking area for
my proposed office and clinic in Creekview Estates Phase Il instead of the 6 inches specified in
the city ordinance. The reason for this request is the relatively low load and volume of traffic
anticipated.
