Yes
I'm invoicing all of our projects. I'm not sure why this would have changed except we just implemented a new
invoicing system but though you were notes as point of contact. Ill get it corrected.
Thanks

Are you involved in the invoicing of our projects? I just got one for sandy lake that was routed
directly to our finance folks. They need to come to us first.

Thanks Keith, would you ask TNP to forward the
traffic signal plans / profile for the intersection of
Sandy Lake & S. Coppell Road. We did not receive
a complete set of documents in earlier transmittals.

RE: Sandy Lake Road
Don,
As long as you have the height to be clear of the new
roadway elevation, and will not be in conflict with the
new traffic signal at this intersection, then we have no
objection to an aerial crossing at this location.

Re: Sandy Lake Road
Keith, we believe we will be able to change our
crossing of Sandy Lake Road @ S. Coppell Rd. to
aerial. With the new concrete pole on the north
side, we will be high enough to follow cable tv with
the aerial crossing. Do you see any problem with
this change? This will eliminate the need to do the
bore.

Chad, I anticipate that the work for
your fiber relocation on Sandy Lake
will start late this week. First order
of business is installing new steel
messenger strand. I will keep you
posted. Thinking a few weeks
ahead, we need to start coordinating
the cut over. We intend to install
new fiber so it will only take a few
hours to cut over, unless we have to
pull the fiber back to behind the
Verizon building.
Thanks,
