Mr. Martin,
Per our telephone conversation on Friday. Sept. 3. 1999. you requested that we provide an 20' x 20' Utility
Easement around the Proposed Fire Vault at subject Project. ! had forgotten that there was already an
existing 10' Utility Easement along Bethel Road as shown on the attached sketch. Please advise if we still
need to proceed with the additional easement or if the existing easment will suffice. We have shown a
15'x 15' Easement around the vault on the sketch.
