Please accept this letter as a formal request for a variance to the subdivision ordinance to allow
the elimination of lime stabilized subgrade for our drive and parking areas.
In lieu of lime stabilization, we propose to use 5-inch concrete with a 28 day compressive
strength of 4,000 psi.
