Dear John:
As the owner of Lot 2, Block B of the Creek View, Phase II Addition of the City of
Coppell, Dallas County, Texas, I would like to state the following with respect to
the construction of the improvements on your lot (Lot 1, Block B of the Creek
View, Phase II Addition to the City of Coppell, Dallas County, Texas):
1. I have seen the plans for your proposed improvements to Lot 1 of Block B
referenced above. I further understand that your plans require the
cona~ of a Slope on my property adjacent to your proposed
improvements.
2. I hereby consent to this construction and agree to not remove or cause the
removal of the proposed slope in such a way as to jeopardize the
structural integrity of our improvements.
