RE: Creekview Phase 2, Lot 1 Block B
Dear Mr. Daniel:
The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to
offer:
1. Include the plat in the civil set of plans.
2. Please consider moving the water and sanitary sewer utilities onto a sheet with the storm
drain and try to clean up the paving plan.
3. Provide ADA ramps for sidewalks at all driveway approaches.
4. Clarify what happens with the 10' sidewalk and utility easement at the comer of Bethel
and Denton Tap.
5. Indicate the location and size for domestic and irrigation meters.
6. Provide a letter of permission from the adjacem property to do the off-site work on the
driveway.
7. Please do not include details in the plans for items covered in the City of Coppell
Standard Construction Details.
8. Any work adjacent to Denton Tap Road will be performed between 9am and 3pm.
, There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. When all comments have been
addressed, please return these marked plans and two sets of revised plans to the City for
