Would you mind to answer a few questions for me, this morning, if possible? 1. Exactly what will be done? Will it be widenened to two lanes each way? Will there be a median? Willl it be straightened out any? 2. How long did you say this has been in the works? Since 1999? 3. Does the $8.6 million include money spent on right-of-way, etc? If not can you estimate how much was spent on right-of-way and other expenses? 4. Will the relocation of utilities be an additional city expense? Also, are they all under ground? 5. I believe you said work will begin in July and be completed in 365 days, hopefully? 6. You said traffic would be diverted to one side and then to the other. Did you just mean on Sandy Lake, or on other streets? 7. Have you set a date yet for meeting with residents of the area? Can you give me a quote on why this is such an important project for Coppell? Also, what is your exact title? Thank you for your help on this. Dan Eakin, community editor Coppell Gazette Cell: 214-543-6256 1
