on.
Are you believing TWC to still have conflicts or conflicts that still remain that were not addressed?

We have scheduled a pre-construction conference for the reconstruction of West Sandy Lake Road for

Monday, June 24 at 10:00am at our new office at 265 Parkway Blvd. The limits of this project are

Denton Tap to Coppell Road North. We anticipate the contractor beginning work on or about July 8.
All of you are invited to attend this meeting. If you have contractors working on your relocations that
you would like to bring with you, or send in your place, please do so. My goal is to coordinate your
remaining work with the commencement of our work.
If you are unable to attend this meeting, please let me know the status of your relocations, and a firm
date on when you will be clear of the project.
