NDM Job No. 89-04-060
Dear Ken,
Attached arc two sets of revised plans, your mark ups and a copy of your comment letter dated )v~y 12, 1992.
The following relates to thc comment numbers from your letter:
Item 6
The side slopes are not grass. They are concrete dp-rap.
Item 11
We have beea p _roceed__Ang based on the belief that we had staff's acceptaace of our open channel design
eoncept. If we are mistaken, please let us know ns soon as possible. Note that we have adjusted the headwall
for Lime *C".
Items 14, 16 and 20
Note that the elevations shown on our grading plan arc for Finished Pad, not Finished Floor.
Item 15
We agree that a retaining wall will be required. It is our intent m leave thc construction of this wall up to the
builder and his architect.
Item 2~
We arc proceeding with our efforts to have this wall designed. We request that this not be a part of the
subdlvbion's construction plans for public Improvements, but be treated as a separate issue. The reason for
this request is that public Improvements for County Estates need to be done in an integral manner with
Chautauqua and Bethel School/Harris Street which are already under construction. We hope to not hold up
construction, awaiting a resolution of thc wall issue.
Please let mc know if we need to discuss any of these issues.
Sincerely,
NATHAN D MAIER
