Signature-CS120622 (2) June 22, 2012 Mr. Ken Griffin Director of Engineering & Public Works City of Coppell 255 Parkway Boulevard Coppell, Texas 75019 RE: 1530 East Sandy Lake Road Certificate of Occupancy & FEMA Submittal Dear Mr. Griffin, Regarding the issuance of the Final Certificate of Occupancy as it relates to the flood plain work and the corresponding FEMA LOMR on the above referenced project, it is our understanding that the City of Coppell Engineering Department will approve the issuance of the Final Certificate of Occupancy provided the following documents are submitted on or before the start of month six of construction [measured from issuance of the building permit/the completion of the foundations] (or the first week of January 2013), whichever is latest: 1. Copy of the grading as-builts and FEMA LOMR submittal; 2. Copy of the check for the fees paid to FEMA; and 3. Documentation of FEMA’s receipt of the LOMR & as-built submittal. In addition, applicant agrees to work to correct any deficiencies identified or noted by FEMA during the LOMR submittal. Applicant contemplates issuance of the Final Certificate of Occupancy to occur on or around June 1, 2013. We look forward to beginning this project and working with you. Thank you for your time.
