Mr. Wells,
I'm out of town through Monday, but I would be glad to meet you out there one day next week and go over the plan
with you.
Unfortunately there is some tree removal to be done out there. The plans identify which trees need to be removed, and
the contractor will be required to preserve and protect the other ones.
Let me know what day and time works for you next week.

Mr. Marvin,
I believe we you provided us with plans / drawings for the Sandy Lake Road project when we were
looking to purchase our home last March. We appreciated your help.
Yesterday, we came home from work and found stakes in the middle of our front yard. We live at 103
Winding Hollow Ln. These stakes are labeled “Grading Limit” and some of them go half way up into our
yard. Could you please explain what these stakes represent in terms of upcoming work? Basically, we
want to understand what is going to happen to our front yard.
Also, I have spoken with some of the contractors, asking them how many of the trees they intended to
remove… Basically, I got noncommittal answers. Will the contractors have an expectation to save as
many trees as possible. It appears that the work completed on Sandy Lake Road to the east of Denton
Tap was done working around trees as much as possible. We were hoping for the same consideration.
Thanks for your help.
