Hi Keith,
it was near impossible to find anyone to do the work and bill the city.
getting a date for me would be appreciated...their soonest.
Have ordered a new outside mount sprinkler controller which will be mounted
on the front left corner of the building behind the gate...but a waste of money
without tying in this zone referenced, the controller is being shipped as we speak.
I have rigged soaker systems and sprinklers, but just does not do the job..
the existing sprinkler system was to help my foundation movement as well as
water the trees so their roots do not spread on the top soil.

Mother had to have several issues addressed these past few months.
The city permit for build out of garage needed new garage plan, and
now a foundation plan of new garage. So getting that put together
by end of the month.
If you could help me find clean out again, I would appreciate it..tried to
place a monument near it...but did not help for earth movement and traffic
on easement.

Christina,
When we last talked about this (8 months ago?) the City did not have a contractor for the Sandy Lake Road project. Now
that we have a contractor underway, I would prefer to have them do the work to adjust your sprinkler system. This will
ensure our contractor doesn’t come along and damage the work your contractor does. I’ll speak with the inspector on
the job this morning and get a schedule on when they will be looking at all the irrigation systems.
We will actually be replacing the sewer cleanout as part of this job. We will make sure the new one is marked and
protected for you. In the future, you may want to call our Public Works Department if you have a sewer back up that
you think may be in the City right of way, as this would be our responsibility to clear.

I have located a sprinkler repair company,
American Sprinkler Repair which will move the zone back.
I told them they would have to do the repair and bill the city,
they asked to speak with you on this issue - not as a guarantor,
but to know who to speak to at the city to make sure their company is
authorized.

Sorry I missed the June 25th meeting, I was out of town...
Concern: Hope you can also help me find the cleanout again...we need to keep track of this to not back up the
toilets here..
it happened once why they working on the easement before...
