1.2013 Recap
NCTCOG provided an overview of 2013 program highlights covering the last year an

ahead with the BMP Library (Implementation Strategy 8.0) and focus its efforts -
related programs. Identifying some BMPs for the library may be a matter of looking at an MS4s
annual report, either available online or by request.
