Subject:101 Oak Trail easement zone city contractor
Hi Keith,
I have installed on the outside of the property a Hunter X Sprinkler Controller
which has 9 zones...the 101 property has six, including the easement.
Also, I am ordering in August a property survey. I will have large markers placed
on Sandy Lake and frontage of Oak Trail,
with construction tape (still having trespass problems which will only get worse with time
of construction and kids returning to school) The Verizon repair on the corner finally was buried..
I want you to know how much I do appreciate your help in locating the drainage on the easement along Sandy
Lake...and it was
buried again,
I placed a stake and a brick, left for a few weeks and it was removed or ran over
(my brother said Oncor parked as close to the fence, they could not open a door one day)
anyway...I would like the location placed on the survey....a truck removing poles almost backed into
my fence...
Will do all in my power to keep my cool during the construction process...and looking into any support
for fencing again along Sandy Lake and frontage of Oak Trail...as well as N side of property to keep them from
cutting through (foot traffic)
...through a university professor, with Texas State Law vs City of Coppell. all people, should have the right to
have quiet and peaceful existence...all.
I do not believe any longer cameras work as I could show at the first hearing trespass, the city of Coppell cops
know it, see it, but decline to pursue the issue...... but their are Texas laws on the books that have issue...so
will be working on this...about trespass and the right to contain property superseding local issues...
Thank you again for your very gracious support......let me know when the contractor can make it, I would like
to keep my plants and yard watered in this zone.
Again, you have always been gracious, I just wish I had made the entire fencing a part of my easement
agreement in writing...life would have been easier...and I would feel safer.
Christina
