Keith,
I visited with SEMPCO yesterday concerning the very subject. They are still working to tie the road ROW down between the City and the
subdivisions.
I expect their work should be complete in the next few weeks. Once completed we will submit the easement documents along with a new DSA
for the City to approve. Our goal is to have this line removed before the year's end if not sooner.
I'm glad we were able to help with the City's road improvement project.

Also, we have begun the process for the removal of the remainder of this line in Coppell.
