As I was leaving today, I got a call from Niraj. They are ready to get our survey crew out to the property to take some
perimeter shots of the house and a finished floor elevation.
If you’ll remember, they need to demonstrate that this property is not in the flood plane in order to address the
LOMR/CLOMR comments. Should the survey crew approach the property owner for permission, or is this something
you would prefer to handle through the City?
