Hi Keith,
Well, I tried to contact (1) Rick (2) went physically down to the construction site and was told someone would
be here asap.
Yesterday, the sprinkler crew were virtually unsupervised. The left the underground routing outside on the
easement underground, but did place the sprinklers in the property.
The piece by my fence started leaking water...although they said repaired.
The valve they placed in the yard has no top and they saw it leaking water...told me I would need to turn it on
and off...and that it would always leak water until tied into controller..so turn off main valve for all leaks.
Promised to return today, but was not sure, did not like the job, was told only two hours of work....and
bottom line, they were laborers, whoever the real contractor was never showed up for them. (the road
contractor did bring machinery to break the sidewalk so they could re-route from under the sidewalk, but they
did not do this and had no supervision...I know, I watched and made comments to them).
Again, I tried to call Rick today, I drove physically to the bridge and talked to one of them men introduced
yesterday..and he radio to someone to come immediately. I waited all day, no show. main valve turned off.
Keith, was this not supposed to be moved out of the easement and right of way?
I just could not convince them and they did not have a true sprinkler contractor to support the job.
Please call...ps no sign of rick or road contractor...no one but me and two laborers...and they would not
listen..they wanted to do what they wanted...period.
