thank you. Rick and I - we just met. Wade did not have them set the zones to prove a sliced wire.
the problem is the people that work under the scape people "bid" for a job.
they are not permanent employees, and they resented the work they "bid" for, because
job description was to "trench" so many feet and to install vs move...
.
This morning, the "bid" people were angry (body language) - they had promised to return yesterday and
flat lied about;
1. how the piping was laid per depth, angle and re-route (my truck would interrupt if driven near the
sidewalk/over)
2. the repair on the inside/outside of the fence where it came off the easement right turn into back yard -
(flooded until I turned off yesterday because I could not get help by going down to the construction site)
3. leaking of the transplant valve (which was transplanted, not brought in new) which they said was ok
4. would not set all zones - broken wire to back yard (which they refused to fix), and still not set...therefore the
zone must be manually opened after main valve.
Keith, why am I always defending myself.
This was to be fixed once and for all, installed on my property, so I do not have water leakage and future
interface with the city..and I am still tied in, even to the point of guarding water leakage, which the city water
department refuses to ever credit.....
All I hear is they (City Contractors) will do this when the come...well do it now and get it over with. Who
manages the city contractors)
I am the only one who managed the scape sub's and they were trying to get done in two hours??????
...one was only a trencher and the other was to glue...and the glue job was not taking, so they were getting
frustrated by the minute, because THEY UNDERBID TIME ON THE JOB WITH SCAPE CONTRACTOR. Scape
contractor never showed up...although called by the lead latino...who I bet If you check immigration, has no
green cards on this job.
Scape contractor did not show up, nor did their subs as promised yesterday...and today,
flat lied to Wayne...embarrassed Wayne - and I am plain sick of defending myself and witness, my little boy
went out to tell him his mother was telling the truth...and that floored me. Ky at 13 wants to defend me (I had
him turn off valves)
I believe...but after two lies, a grade F on their opinion of OK for valve to leak and installing old valve,

and my desire to prove they broke the back line to the circuit for the back in the corner repair (they left the
line initially on top of the ground)
...they left without demonstrating a total system..."not enough time on the ""bid"" Monday
..and now Rick showed up. And, defense of these "sub-contractors" and lack of management by Scape
contractor is SICK.
who is the client? how much did they charge? do they have immigrant visas to do a shoddy job and...well you
get it. why do I have to manage this project?
I am not a woman who sits around watching TV soap operas, I have people to support and taxes to pay.

Keith,
1. the sprinkler people were not certified or supervised yesterday.
2. when they left, I had a flood behind my gates, disagreed with routing (this temp fix is not going to work and
still plumbed in the easement)
3. I have had hundreds of dollars of water bills based on city work and the water department through the
years said it is my job to contain issues, right
4. I was just told I was wrong (or basically lied) by road supervisor and that the worker did not repair behind
the fence....and the flood not caused from him, then he wanted me to come to confront the worker and the
worker, with me standing their said "si"....he did repair with water running up the driveway - again.
5. he just met me at the door, I said the valve was leaking they moved off the easement, the Mexican worker
at the time told me he would be back the next day, that a small amount of water leaking from a valve all the
time is normal. I told him it was not. NOW they confronted me and the laborer said it never leaked.
6. when everything was leaking yesterday, I went down and asked for help. today, this is making me sick
confrontation, when I need to work and have supervisory support...that knows what they are doing on this
property.

Thank you, you are the only person that accepts what I say, or why would I complain?
And I hate to be called a liar...especially by people who do not do their job and I have to live with it??
