Rick,
I will not be able to attend a meeting of irrigation contractor, yourself and ward (road contractor) today, due
to a conflict in work schedule.
The sprinklers went off last night and stayed on until morning when the master valve was shut off. I did not
look to see what works and what doesn't...but the back zones I know work...but did not see the front zones
working

to go on record,
1. the irrigation contractor never once stepped foot on this property to my knowledge and I had to supervise a
trench and pipe latino laborer(s)...who resented "the bid on the job"
2. the irrigation piping is STILL in the easement, which is why we were to move it and waited so long to move
it..and the job was poor at best, constantly leaking and irritating them more, from the multiple bends...
3. the laborers lied about the install, used old valve and repairs had to be made after the fact of Monday
install, due to poor craftsmanship
4. donuts on the zone were not replaced, and finally with ward supervision the top of the valve box was
replaced...and three of the four have donuts to protect them and IDENTIFY where they are.
This is throwing away good money after bad to hire these people, to constantly bring issues to a homeowner
and finally, to need me to check the system out. I have asked my brother to come over on Saturday to look for
leaks.
Meanwhile, I would like a CITY inspection TODAY on the WORK: CHECK FOR valve for leaking when the system
is on in the easement today, that all zones work and finally, give some good answer why this entire project
could not have been managed, planned and agreed to be brought back into the property so the issue becomes
a closed matter? ..
Someone is going to understand my issues...this is a bandaid which is going to lead to further issues.
