Hi Keith. During our power outage; I received a phone call from Kathy Pinckert. She was driving on Sandy Lake at the
time of outage. She was concerned about the lack of safety demonstrated by crew. What really upset her though; was
when the fireball happened and she nearly ditched her car; the construction crew laughed at her. She really needs a
