Keith,
1.Do you have a corrected plat showing where the new access to the easement is
located?
2.Will the access be 12’ or 20’ wide?
3.Where am I allowed to place a gate?
4.Are there any restrictions on the type of this gate?
5.Are there any restrictions on the construction of this gate?
6.Can I have additional fencing that outlines the new concrete and joins my existing
fencing?
7.Do I need any permits for this gate?
8.Do I need any permits for this additional fencing?
9.Do I need anything to do a beautification project within this easement?
10.Do you have any references for concrete?
11.Do you have any references for gates?

Thanks,

Keith,
In addition to the below 3/14/2012 email below I have the following questions:
1)At some past point it was discussed that the city would attempt to design our
sidewalks to wind slightly around some existing trees to give a more pleasant
appearance and not have them straight as a board. Is this going to happen?
2)Lawson has some green stakes at her fence line and I have pink stakes. What do
they denote?
3)When will this widen project be started?
4)Can I remove these ugly stakes until then?
5)Is there a plat or drawing you can send that will denote where and what the access
driveway to Tom’s property will look like?
Thanks,
2

Keith,
Before construction begins again in the front of my house hopefully someone will remember the
last snafu when the sidewalk contractor cut all my wires and left them hanging. Two points:
1) my sprinkler system control box is now in the “purchased” portion
2) and Verizon FIOS( internet, TV, etc.) is running from across the street
Thanks,
Bill Mills
