The new drawing now shows the proposed right-of-way for Coppell Road. However, the first parking space is shown in the Coppeil Road right-of-way. This is not allowed. It appears that the site plan again needs to be revised. This comment was not made at DRC because the applicant did not show the right-of-way as requested with the initial DRC comments. 2. All maneuvering area for the parking spaces should be on-site (minimum of 24' from back of parking space).
