commercial property, located on the east side of Coppell Road, north
of the intersection of Coppell and Bethel School Roads, at the
request of Dee's Deck and Fence, Inc.

1. Show radius of driveway. Recommend a minimum of 30 foot radius.
2. If the existing water meter box falls within the limits of the proposed driveway, it
should be replaced with a traffic rated box.
