Dear Mr. Marvin:
I live in the Cottonwood Creek neighborhood. Since construction has begun, a couple times I have been
unable to exit my neighborhood onto Sandy Lake Road. No workers were directing traffic and there
were no posted signs saying the exit was closed (just barricades). The entrance side of the exit was open
but I didn't feel safe using that as an exit.
Is there some kind of schedule our neighborhood can look at to figure out whether or not we can exit in
the mornings onto Sandy Lake during the construction?
