The contractor will need to excavate at least 6” to place this parking lot on existing grade. 2.There cannot be any areas elevated above existing ground in the floodplain area. 3.Remove the standard details sheet, it’s an extra sheet that we do not need in the set, the contractor will have a separate copy. 4.Provide a detail how the pipe will penetrate the gabion wall. Reference existing storm drains. Attached is the flooplain permit and the construction development permit. Have the contractor fill out the construction permit and pay the inspection fees.
