Mter construction of the underground dr~nage system h~ been completed or after ~y en~ for rep~rs or maintenance, GR~ shall, except for removed obstructions, return the surface ~ea of the e~ement strip to its ofiginfl condition as ne~ly ~ practic~ t~ing into consideration the nature of the work being peffo~ed. GR~TORS reserve the right to use and maint~n the surface of the easement strip for pu~oses which will not interfere with GR~E'S rights hereby grated and agree that upon completion of the underground facility and restoration of the surface, GR~EE shill not be obligated for future maintenance and upkeep of the surface area.
