with the easement sold, I was told the fence could be on the property line and any additions would not have
to be traditional set back, as I lost multiple feet of easement.

I really don’t have anything to do with building setbacks, but if you have a garage facing Sandy Lake, we need to have
enough room for a vehicle to park in front of the garage, without blocking the sidewalk. 20 feet would be a minimum to
ensure that.
