Per comment #3 of the final plat review by Kevin Peiffer, P.E., of Ginn, Inc., please be advised of the
inclusion of the Creek View North Addition in the FEMA submittal and appr. oval by the previous
Floodplain Administrator (Mr. H. Wayne Ginn).
FEMA approval for Creek. View was received by Mayor Lou Duggan in FEMA correspondence dated
July 1, 1988.
The applicable Floodplain Development Permit number for this project would be 0001.
