LOCATION: East of Denton Tap Road and south of Meadowcreek Road
REQUEST: Approval of a preliminary plat with variances.
APPLICANT: Coppell Associates

SUMMARY:
This 4.158 acre site is located north and adjacent to the
Creekview Estates Addition. A zoning change request for single
family use was recently approved by the City Council. The
purpose of this plat is to allow the construction of single
family homes. One variance is being requested: (1) to delete
the alleys along these lots.
ALTERNATIVES:
1. Approve the plat and variances.
2. Deny the plat.
