Griffin, P.E. t q hs Assistant City Manager /City Engineer City of Coppell P.O. Box 478 Coppell, Texas 75019 RE City of Coppell Water System Conveyance of Property to City of Coppell Dear Ken: As we discussed by telephone last week, the original 1972 revenue bond issue was paid off through an early redemption on February 1, 1995, regarding the City of Coppell water system. As you know, the Authority acquired the 2.05 -acre Sandy Lake Road pump /meter station site with funds from this 1972 bond issue. Since this bond issue has been paid, it is appropriate for the Authority to convey the 2.05 -acre property to the City of Coppell. For the purpose of the conveyance, I have attached a proposed Special Warranty Deed. We have not had the property surveyed; however, I have included the property legal description from the Authority's original 1973 deed in the attached Special Warranty Deed. I anticipate that the Authority's Board of Directors will approve of this transaction at its regular meeting scheduled for April 26, 1995. At that time, the Special Warranty Deed will be executed by the Authority and delivered to the City for its acceptance and filing in the deed records of Dallas County, Texas. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please feel free to call me at any time. Sincerely yours, AMES R. LUCAS, Manager of Land SR /WA Rights JRL /jc Enclosure cc: BILL R.
