Dallas Water Utilities has re-estimated the construction cost of the proposed metering
station based on the revised location at the southwest coruer of the lot. The revised cost
is $550,000. This cost estimate includes additional fill and driveway work.

Response to Letter Dated July 15, 1994, Regarding the New
Rate of Flow Controller
Dear Mr. Ryburn:
I am in receipt of your letter and upon review, I offer the
following answers:
To better utilize the space available, please design
the new R.O.F.C. to be installed in the far
southwestern corner of the site.
D.W.U. should proceed with the work required to process
the flood plain permit.
The driveway and return between existing Sandy Lake
Road and the right-of-way line can be asphalt pavement;
all other surfaces must be 6" concrete.
4. The new facility will be built over the existing
drainage swale. It will be necessary to design a
drainage pipe through the filled area.
