Dear Jerry,
While we have been meeting and discussing this matter a number of times,
this is in response to your April 6, 1989 letter regarding how Subject
development should be reviewed for compliance to the City's Flood Plain
Management ordinances. We have determined that the City of Coppell's
review will be under the previous Ordinance Number 219, adopted June, 24th
1980 vis a vis the current ordinance adopted October 27, 1987.
This is a reconfirmation of Mr. H. Wayne Ginn's, P.E. previous
confirmation by his executing (on May 25, 1988) the April 14, 1988 Univest
Development Company letter under the signature of Michael R. Allen
addressed to Mr. Ginn, and Mr. Ginn's May 25, 1988 letter to Mr. Mike
Allen of Univest Development Company. A related letter is the May 3, 1988
FEMA letter under the signature of Alton S. Ray, P. E. addressed to Mr.
Ginn.
We have reviewed this matter with Mr. Ginn this past Friday, June 16, 1989.
