Dear Russell:
Pursuant to your letter of February 24, 1989, please proceed with
the City's review of the referenced project. According to your
letter, the cost of this review is anticipated to be $500-
$1000. Prior to being informed of the estimate of fees for this
review, ABQ Development Corporation accepts responsiblitiy for
review fees up to a maximum of $1000.00. We also understand that
the City will notify me of the exact amount of the review fee
very soon and will not proceed with review services for fees in
excess of $1000.00 prior to receiving authorization from ABQ.
