Dear Mr. Rybum:
This letter is written as a follow-up to your January 10th, 1994 letter requesting information
concerning the City of Coppell's requirements for fill in the floodplain. Included with this letter
is the City of Coppell's Floodplain Ordinance. In Section C, page 24 entitled "Floodplain
Development Permit", various requirements are provided that will need to be complied with
prior to the issuance of a Floodplain Development Permit by the City of Coppert. The most
important requirement is that technical information will be required for submittal to FEMA for
a Letter of Map Revision.
