Rate-of-Flow Controller Design/Construction
Attached you will find a copy of a letter from Dallas Water
Utilities regarding the proposed design and construction of a new
rate-of-flow controller for the City of Coppell. Dallas Water
Utilities is requesting some information in order to continue
with the design and construction of the facility on schedule.
Your assistance is greatly appreciated in providing the
information called out for in item #2 and #3 in the letter by
January 24, 1994. Once I receive this I will forward the
requested information to Dallas Water Utilities.
I am copying Interim Finance Director Alan Johnson on this
memorandum to make him aware of the status. Alan and I are
working together to procure the necessary tract of land on Sandy
Lake Road from T.R.A. for the purpose of construction. I would
like to meet with Alan again to discuss the financial
circumstances of this project.
I will copy both you and Alan Johnson on any future
correspondence regarding this proposed project, and respectfully
request that I be copied on correspondence should it be sent
directly to either of you.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

to continue with the design and construction of the facility on schedule:

to meet the maximum quantity of 20 MGD.)
