RE: Street Lights
The fees for street lights for the Creekview Subdivision have not been paid.
However, it has been tha City's policy to require payment of this fee at final
acceptance. Therefore, it has been tha City's policy to have the street lights
installed before final acceptance. The developer is not delinquent according
to this policy at this time.
