Russell, from our meeting we had with Nathan Maier, Engineering and
Public Works, I was under the impression that no more control was
necessary. Olden constructed bag wall within the easement in
accordance to the design as agreed in said meeting. Ail final punch
list items were completed and there were no other outstanding items.
Therefore, I saw no reason to withold acceptance. /
