1) Landscaping, grading, and erosion protection letter of agreement
2) "As-Builts" 2 - full sets with mylar 2 - full sets with blue lines
3) One year maintenance bond for streets, storm drainage, & utilities
4) Verification of payment for street lights assessment
5) Verification of payment of street sign assessment
6) Verification of payment of 1.5% inspection fee

7) Rout and Seal crack in alley "C" @ 12" transition station 2 + 30+
8) Rout and Seal cracks in alley "D" 4 + 00 & 0 + 30+
9) Rout and Seal cracks in alley "B-l" 3 + 00 &'0 + 30+

Final Walk Thru - Creekview
I have assigned Tony White and Carl Bass to do the final walk thru on the above
mentioned development. Listed below you will find the punch list items that
were found in this walk thru.
1) All valve lids need painting
Fire Hydrant Valves (red)
Main Line Valves (blue)
2) Turn meter loop around on Lot 48 on Glendale Drive
3) Replace meter lid on Lot 39 on Glendale Drive
4) Reflect chan~e of fire hydrant valve location on the corner of Bethel and
Penuel on the as-builts
5) Turn meter loop around at Lot 10 on Penuel
6) Move fire hydrant button to corner of street on corner of Asher & Bethel
7) Replace fire hydrant cap and chain on hydrant at Asher &'Bethel
8) Add extension to valve on Southwest corner of Asher & Bethel
9) Manhole invert out of line in the first manhole on the east end of Penuel,
off of Bethel
10) Manhole invert not poured pipe to pipe in the first manhole on the east
end of Glendale Drive, off of Bethel
