Creekview / Sanitary Sewer Aerial Crossing & Bill Johnson
Russell, this situation with Bill Johnson and Nathan Maier is getting out of
hand. The area that was distl~bed in the installation of this crossing was
15'; (7.5' each side of the pipeD. I feel I can hold the contractor responsible
for the area that was disturbed and the 5' area down stream where the water
is being deflected by the pier.
De you feel that Bill Johnson's design requiring an additional 36.5' if of bag
wall up stream of the easement is a matter for the Floodplain Administration?
Since it will change the natural condition of the creek and is in an area not
disturbed by construction or impacted by the crossing.
