The punch list items are as follows:
1) Raise valve in asphalt approach
2) Fix asphalt curb nose and grade median
3) Patch curb @ first left turn
4) South side, first culvert wing separation
5) Clean out culverts
6) Erosion protection
7) Missing toe on all'aprons @ culvert
8) Remove form from all rip rap
9) Regrade - up stream and down stream @ culverts
10) Ashore - grade parkway
11) clean out to high and out of parkway
12) 42" crossing Back fill headway
13) Reseal joint @ Penuel Dr. East
14) Clean out Lot 16 Block B out right-of-way to high
15) End of Bethel- parkway short need to add fill
16) Shiloh - Clean out is out of right-of-way
17) Headwall Lot 60 - 59 Block B - Type B and Wreck Forms
18) Grade all banks to 3:1 at all headwalls
19) Glendale - adjust meter cans
20) Penuel - 18" Type B headwall - wipe headwall & pipe connection
21) meter can ran over
22) Inlet in alley not draining
23) Grade to drain easements where necessary
24) Ail sewer lines will need to be mendrull and jet balled~
25) Street and fire hydrant stripes and buttons need to be
installed
