To follow on our phone conversation, Creekview Estates is working to satisfy all parties in regard to the
sewer line crossing of Grapevine Creek. I understand that Mr. Nathan Maier of our office met with Mr. Bill
Johnson on-site on the afternoon of September 1, 1988, and agreement was reached to consider
adjusting some slopes and provide some further hydromulch. We are further exploring some other
forms of slope protection.
The construction of this sewer line facility has been done in complete accordance with approved City
plans, and we have made and continue to make attempts to satisfy all reasonable requests made of the
development.
