Re: Creek View Estates
NDM No.: 87-5-62
Dear Steve:
The following is in response to the Public Works Department's comments
October 30, 1987.
Land Development
1. We will show the number of lots on the plat.
2. We will delete the brick pavers on the crossing if that is what the
City of Coppell wants. They were put there for two reasons: (1) to
follow the City's streetscape plan and (2) to provide a different
feeling when crossing from the retail site to the residential site.
3. We will coordinate with you on extending the rtprap on both ends of
boxes "A", "B", and "Cm. We want to keep the creek as natural as
possible, so therefore we feel we should keep the riprap to a
minimum.
Utilities
1. See attached sheet for sanitary sewer flows from Creekview Estates
to existing system.
2. See attached plan of water line crossing at railroad.
3. We will relocate fire hydrant as requested.
Parks Department
- Landscape irrigator's seal will be provided on irrigation designs and
drawings.
- 4" sleeves will be provided under paving.
