RE: Revised Engineering Plans
Deer Run SubdiviMon
HEI# 9802
Dear Mr. Collins:
Enclosed for your review are the following items:
A. Two (2) sets of revised engineering plans.
B. One (1) set of City marked plans.
C. One fax from Mr. Travis Crump approving the fire hydrant locations.
We have addressed all of your comments. I had a few comments/explanations that I marked in green on
the plans.
In response to comment number 4, I believe that any sanitary sewer lines encountered should not be a
problem since we are installing a new sanitary sewer line in the easement. Also we already had a note on
the plans that any services damaged during construction shall be repaired per City standards. We do not
believe there are any water lines in the street in the adjacent development, they appear to be at the back of
the lots. We understand that if a private water line is encountered within the proposed utility easement (that
generally runs parallel to the proposed system) the private water line will have to relocate outside the City
easement. We further understand that private water lines crossing the proposed easement is acceptable.
Please notify us once the plans are approved and we will provide the necessary sets of prints for stamping.
Thank you for your help with this matter. If you have any questions or need additional information please
do not hesitate to call.
Sincerely,
James E. Harrington, P.E.
President
