Dear Mr. Harrington:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer:
1. On all paving plans, indicate the width of the proposed sidewalk.
2. On all paving plans, where you are showing an alley inlet, indicate that the alley is to be warped to drain
toward inlet.
3. On the storm sewer plan, the minimum allowable RCP diameter for a low point inlet is 21" per Dallas
Drainage Design Manual.
4. The minimum allowable width for a low point curb inlet is 10' per Dallas Drainage Design Manual.
5. Please note on your grading plan that FHA Type B lot grading will be used for all lots.
There are various other comments throughout the plans. Once these comments have been addressed, these
marked plans and two sets of revised plans should be submitted to the City for review. If you have any
