Two (2) sets of revised engineering plans. We have addressed your comment concerning extending the one alley to provide 22 feet of frontage along the alley for Lot 12B, Block 2. Please notify us once the plans are approved and we will provide the necessary sets of prints for stamping. Ryland is prepared to pay the impact fees once we receive the updated letter listing the fees. Thank you for your help with this matter.
