COMMENT STA T-IS. ,,"PRELIMINARY
1. The current FEMA panel is dated April 15, 1994.
2. Note 7 should not be on plans. Park fees are set by ordinance.
3. Provide a minimum of 22' of alley access to lot 12B, Block 2 for a driveway.
4. Impact fees will need to be paid prior to the signing of the plat.
